핸드 그라인더의 사용은 약50년 역사를 가지고 있다 50년 역사동안 그동안 불편하지만 바뀌지않은것은 탈부착 방법이다.
그이유로는 위험성 때문에 나사로 조이는 방식으로만탈부착을 사용했으나 나사의 탈착이 쉽게되지 않아 그과정에서 기계의손상이나 사용자가 다치는 일이 빈번하게 일어나 많은 의료사고가 자주 생기는 위험한 방식이나 편리함 때문에 안전수칙의 기본을 설정해놓고 사용하도록 하는것이 현실적으로 하는 방법입니다.

It is dangerous method that causes many medical incidents but in reality it is used widely after setting basic safety rules due to its convenience.

The one-touch adapter developed by Samhan Co., Ltd. uses the existing screw tightening method as it is but one-touch attachment and detachment method was developed to reduce accidents that may occur in the process of tightening the screws. Manjo which enables attachment and detachment of nuts easily with small forces instantly was developed. It reduces vibration of the machine during processing such as cutting to reduce fatigue of operators who work for a long time and decrease safety accidents during work.

The patent for the product has been applied for and registered. It is a way of catching two birds with one stone as users can work safely and employers can save cost.

원터치 만조와 새로기존 탈부착 방법으로 탈부착 시간은 평균 약1분 이상 걸린다 그래서 하루 작업자가 약 50장정도 소비 하루 한시간 정도를 탈부착 하는 데 시간을 소비한다.
그러나 (주) 삼한기업이 개발한 마술만조를 사용시 1초~10초 하루 50장 소비하는데 1분~8분이면 탈부착이 완료된다.

On average it takes about longer than 1 minute for attachment and detachment using existing method. It means that workers spend about an hour a day as they spend about 50 sheets a day. However, upon using Magic Manjo developed by Samhan, it takes about 1 to 10 seconds per sheet, and consumption of 50 sheets takes about only 1 to 8 minutes.
